Our federal government is shredding our constitution.
Our federal servants have come to believe that there is no limit to their power. Congress and the President collude to pass blatantly illegal legislation, and the Supreme Court sanctions their crimes. The checks and balances of the three branches of the federal government no longer function.
Only the power of the several States can stand against a corrupt federal Leviathan. Only We The People can stop these crimes.
The Tea Party has reshaped our political landscape, We The People are awake. We now know that we must finally enforce the 10th Amendment.
We must put Teeth in the 10th.
There is only one place to enforce the supreme law of our land, and that is within our State courts. We The People, within each State, will explicitly outlaw our own congressman's disobedience to the United States Constitution, indicting them in our State court if necessary. Our State judges will rule on our State laws against our fellow State citizens. There will be no appeal to any federal statute - State laws only will apply. We cannot be pulled into federal courts, our indictments will remain solely within our own State - and wholly outside the jurisdiction of the federal court system.
This is our plan in a nutshell. We will peacefully and lawfully place the power to control the federal government back into the hands of each State and the People. This can be done.
