Understanding Our Plan
If you have read Tyranny's Birth: State Checks federal, then you understand that tactically, we are following Federalist #28 by Alexander Hamilton: when our federal creature becomes a tyrant, the sovereign creators (People and States) team up, to bring it under control. We will accomplish this through the State courts, through actions of one group of a State's citizens (the AmericaAgain! chapter) against another citizen of the State: the congressman or senator. This mechanism is perfectly legal, although it is untried. We will provide a brief introduction to the Indictment Engine™ in the following sections. Please read Tyranny's Birth for brief explanations of the legal underpinnings. We also recommend that you read This Bloodless Liberty, or that you listen to our podcasts, which explain the legalities in more detail. Podcasts are available to members. Members also receive access to our member forums where we discuss the details of AmericaAgain!.
Once You Win, Then I'll Help
If you have read the sections Tyranny's Curse: Parasites and Predators and Tyranny's Curse: Sacred Cows, then you understand that enforcing constitutionally limited government means that we are aligned in direct opposition to trillions of dollars of illegal government expenditures and tens of millions of Americans who have grown addicted to illegal programs. Just like the Tea Party movement requires millions of engaged participants to function, the AmericaAgain! mechanism will require a few thousand active members, and hundreds of thousands of passive members. Just a few thousand active patriots will suffice to bring the suits in each district, though we will hundreds of thousands of patrons to fund the lawyers, software engineers and staff necessary to track the illegal government activities and prepare the indictments that the chapters will bring.
It may be hard for you to grasp just how different AmericaAgain! is from the political groups to which you may be mistakenly comparing us. AmericaAgain! is an action group. We do not engage in idle theoretical discussions about enforcing constitutionally limited government. We are not a political group, we are a law enforcment group. We Americans are so accustomed to think tanks and political organizations that ask for money, yet are powerless to effect meaningful change. We have wonderful groups like the Heritage Foundation examining the inner workings of our broken system... and making recommendations to politicians who will never implement those plans. Look at the amazing patriots in the Tea Party groups, working tirelessly to bring political pressure to bear. How many billions of dollars were spent on politics in the last election? How much effort from the heroes in the Tea Party is it taking just to influence the political forces? How frustrating is it to watch as We The People are locked out of the policital process, no matter how loudly we scream? Now compare this to the power of AmericaAgain's law enforcement approach. Imagine your local AmericaAgain! chapter hauling your member of congress into court to answer directly to We The People, with their freedom and fortunes on the line. No phone banking, precint walks or money bombs; direct law enforcment by sovereign citizens. We will hand control over congress back to the states and the people. We will enforce the constitution, lawfully and peacefully, for the first time in American history. Do you see just how different we are now?

The Indictment Engine™
At the AmericaAgain! Liberty Labs™ our researchers, analysts, programmers, and prosecuting attorneys will build the world's first Indictment Engine™ — a people's mechanism fed by numerous databases, that will track every new bill voted on or passed by your member of Congress; every illicit expenditure, and every unconstitutional regulation, pork project, or special favor.
We will do the hard work of tracking the votes, following the money, and reading the bills. When your elected member of Congress reaches critical 'target value' for criminal indictment, our legal team will fly into action. Our lawyers will build the case and provide it to your AmericaAgain! chapter, where you and your fellow AmericaAgain! members in your State or congressional district will actually file the suit and pack the courtrooms, and watch as your state judges hold corrupt congressmen and senators to the highest law.
We cannot move quickly or rashly; we must be simple in our principles, and deliberate in our tactical timing. For our first actions, we must bring an offensive fleet of indictments so that the media or the D.A. or judge can't dismiss your claims against your scoundrel member of Congress. This will be a tactical phalanx operation. This is why we need a large number of members before we actually bring the suits: there will be a lot of pressure on our state judiciary to maintain the status quo. Only large numbers of sovereign Americans demanding justice will give these officials the courage to do what is right. They must know that We The People are behind them! Actual case timing will depend on your group having sufficient members signed up as co-plaintiffs to pack the State courtroom; it will also depend on having more than one case — preferably a dozen or more at a time — to make national impact that cannot be denied by media, or by State prosecutorial teams.
For our first year's operations, the most important thing to the AmericaAgain! Legal Section and AmericaAgain! Liberty Labs™ will be staffing and funding — thus membership growth is critical. In subsequent years, and for the rest of American history, the most important factor in our success will always be membership...numbers. Without the moral authority of vast numbers of members, AmericaAgain! cannot meet its mission: enforcing constitutionally limited government. In this government of the People, for the People, and by the People there is no power like force of numbers dedicated to a righteous cause. "A Republic...if you can keep it", Franklin said. This is the design purpose behind the AmericaAgain! Indictment Engine™. It is entirely dependent on you telling everyone you know, that it's time to stop being led by the nose by news cycles and election cycles — and to start being a self-governing people, on our terms, from our homes, now, and for the rest of history.
Our Developmental Phase
We are in startup mode. Our organization is 100% volunteer at this point and we need your help! We need new members to start local AmericaAgain! chapters in each of the 435 congressional districts. We need new members to help us build our team and infrastructure. We need members to fund the staff and operations.
We organize all of our activities using distributed networking technologies for project management, conference calling, web meetings, etc. We have no physical office space and no full-time employees. That is now. We are expanding our reach with each new chapter that is founded. Networking growth is exponential, every new member seems to bring in two more. We need you to be the seed of freedom in your congressional district. As we grow, we will hire key full-time employees to manage the affairs of this visionary citizen law enforcment group. Our next phase will begin when we are generating enough revenue to hire our Chief Legal Counsel.
Current Goals: Growth & Chief Legal Counsel
We have two short term goals: expand our national chapter footprint and find our Chief Legal Counsel. We are searching for that legal mind that will lead our chapters indictments against corrupt congressmen and senators. This man or woman will make history, and be remembered and revered for the rest of our great history as a great patriot who restored the rule of law in the United States of America.
You may be this great legal mind, or perhaps your child or neighbor is, or you may be our next chapter president. Our forefathers beat their plowshares into swords when the time came to defend freedom. In 2010, Bobby Schilling of Illinois was a pizza shop owner and father of 10, in 2011 he will also be a congressman. We hope that in 2011 you will be a member of AmericaAgain! as well as a productive, concerned citizen.
Our Organization: Coordinators, Districts & Chapters
AmericaAgain! is driven by local chapters, which are led by district, state, regional and national coordinators. You can use our interactive map to find coordinators near you. There will be one chapter per congressional district.
We Need District, State and Regional Coordinators
AmericaAgain! is a network of volunteer patriots. We provide central planning for our organization, but all legistlative actions are taken by the local chapters with the help of our Chief Legal Counsel. This means that we need 435 local chapters, led by 435 district coordinators. We currently have far less than 435 chapters. We need you to become a member of AmericaAgain! and recruit others to found your chapter.

The Indictment Engine™ will be a powerful weapon used in the righteous defense of We The People's liberty. AmericaAgain! is in its startup phase: we need volunteers and funding now.
